Duong Vu built the Dog&Cat Translator app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Duong Vu at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Dog&Cat Translator unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Our application runs directly, locally on the device, it doesn't upload anything to any server. We don't collect, use, and share user's voices or photo. Users can check this by turning off all internet networks, and you will see that the application is still working normally in offline mode.
Additionally, in the “Which cat are you” feature, our application use TrueDepth API to get the user's face position then calculates and shows the cat photo above user's head. We don't share the data from TrueDepth API with any third parties. We also don't collect or store this information anywhere and in any form. If you don’t want to share this information, you simply don’t use this feature.
However, to get revenue for my application, our app does use Google Admob advertising networks. We also use Firebase Analytics to investigate and fix app crashes, performance issues, and to improve the quality of our applications. These services may collect some information used to identify you.

Regarding our collection, use, disclosure, sharing, retention, and deletion of user or device data, we take appropriate steps to protect such data from unauthorized use, disclosure or access by third parties. If a user ceases to consent or affirmatively revokes consent for our collection, use or disclosure of his or her user or device data, we (and any third party with whom we have contracted to serve advertising) will promptly cease all such use. (ii) Permission
The App temporarily collects the user’s face position data by using the TrueDepth APIs to calculates and shows the cat photo above the user's head. Our application also record the user's voices to analyse and then translate them to dog & cat languages. If you withdraw consent or do not give a permission to use the App, delete the App from your device and all the data is deleted. The App does not collect data for an illegitimate interest.
(iii) Data Minimization
The data collected by the TrueDepth APIs involves and is limited to the user’s face position information.

If you do not permit collecting the user’s face position data, you can stop using the "Which Cat Are You" feature in the application.
(v) Account Sign-In
The App doesn’t include significant account-based features. You do not have to enter your personal information to sign in.

The App doesn’t obtain passwords or private data. The SafariViewController is used to visibly present information to users. The App doesn’t track users without their knowledge and consent. The App doesn’t compile personal information from any source that is not directly from the user or without the user’s explicit consent. The App doesn’t provide services in highly-regulated fields (such as banking and financial services, healthcare, and air travel) or that require sensitive user information.

We will notify our users if there has been an unintentional disclosure or misuse of their user data.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
